Abstract

Child abuse is manmade activity that cease the natural potential of children. It includes all patterns of emotional, physical and sexual abuse that causes the potential harm to the child’s s growth and dignity. It became a major challenge in entire world, many developed as well as developing countries face this challenge. In Pakistan according to the media sources eight hundreds innocent children became victim of sexual abuse in 2019. Qualitative method is adopted for current research and data have been collected from different books, research articles, journals, magazines, newspapers, different organizational reports and seminars. It has been became a severe challenge for Pakistan, eight children become victim of child abuse in every day. The current research is conducted on child abuse, its types, causes and impacts on Pakistani society.
